Dj Sex Worker

Sex Worker is one of Sydney's most diverse and original Djs consistantly
leading the pack with his unique selection of cutting edge tunes.

Never afraid to give the crowd more than they expect, he continues
to suprise punters and promoters alike by fusing genres and breathing

new life into the Sydney club scene.

Since starting out playing live techno at underground warehouse parties in the

late 90s, his passion for music has led him to all the coolest clubs and bars in town

(his favourites including Ruby Rabbit , Lady Lux, Dragon Fly, Club 77 , Phoenix and

Moulin Rouge), as well as playing sex music in Sydneys hottest clubs Sex Worker

is as equally at home twisting peoples minds in the underground having played

countless warehouses and illegal spaces. His avant-garde eclectic mayhem has also

found him rockin' out at various outdoor events and has lead him to some of

Sydney's most exclusive waterside venues.

With recent residencies at the Flinders and Ruby Rabbit he has currently
been involved in hosting the Floppy Disko parties which have already earned
their reputation as some of his hometown's wildest and most talked about parties.
Having played along side many of the finest local underground Djs and
producers including, Ajax, Mark Murphy, David Thrussel, Murat, Saqun and

the Bang Gang DJs demand for his sound is steadily on the rise. Also no stranger

to the live scene Sex Worker has supported bands such as Mink Engine,

Cherry 2000, The Morning After Girls and Toy Death, as well as providing

the musical accompaniment to various performance art installations.

Sex Worker has his own unique style ranging from early 80s electro/disco and hip

house through to electro, techno, tech house, rock and punk inspired electronica.

His unique brand of sex music has seen him play to a diverse range of crowds and

he has been known to get dirty on the dex, on more than one occasion causing

girls and boys alike to strip down and let loose.

As well as praise from his luminaires Sex Worker's original production work has

earned him an emerging artist grant from the Australia Council for the Arts and

airplay on FBI. However in spite of getting on the dex for the likes of Red Bull,

Peter Styuvesant and various other corporate clients at swanky hotels such as

the Hilton and the Sherraton, he continues to stay underground rocking yearly

sets at the Surry Hills Street Festival and giving the people what they want at

warehouses and clubs every week.
